Unibet blijft ook in 2021 de sponsor van de Premier League of Darts. Ook maken we hier de Premier League kalender voor 2021 bekend!
Unibet sponsort de Premier League al sinds 2018, en sinds die tijd is het rijdende dartscircus uitgegroeid naar plaatsen als Berlijn en Rotterdam en is het Challenger concept ingevoerd.
In het seizoen van 2020 werden zes avonden gespeeld voor een publiek voordat de overige League-avonden werden gespeeld in Milton Keynes, achter gesloten deuren.
Vanavond komt dit seizoen van de Premier League tot een eind, en daarom kijken wij alvast vooruit naar volgend jaar. Dit seizoen zal beginnen op 4 februari 2021.
PDC-voorzitter Barry Hearn zei hetvolgende:
HEARN: "We thank Unibet for their continued support of our widest-reaching tournament.
This year has seen the tournament staged under unique circumstances but has been as captivating as any season, which is a tribute to the players involved.
Whilst this season will end on Thursday with the Play-Offs, we can already look ahead to the 2021 Unibet Premier League with anticipation."
